Manufactured Building Materials for 60 Million Manat
In January-February Azerbaijan produced materials in the amount of 59.6 million manat (+ 24% by March 1 of last year).
According to the State Statistics Committee, decline was recorded in the production of concrete structures - 2.6 thousand cubic meters (minus 60.6%) and asphalt - 38.1 thousand tons (minus 9.8%).
On other positions there was an increase - produced 375.5 thousand tons of cement (+ 14.9%), 32.8 thousand tons of plaster (+ 10%), 1 thousand 467 thousand tons of processed marble, travertine, alabaster and products thereof (3.1 fold increase). In addition, there was produced 39.2 thousand cubic meters of building bricks - (+ 19.5%) and ready-mixed concrete - 208.7 thousand tons (+ 35.9%). --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
