Marketable Gas Production Decreased by More Than 8% in November
In January-November Azerbaijan produced 26,891.2 mcm of gas, which was 0.1% less than in the same period last year.
According to State Statistics Committee, in the same period Azerbaijan produced 17,024.8 mcm of marketable gas, which was 4.9% less than in January-November 2015.
In November of this year, Azerbaijan produced 1,534.1 mcm. In November 2015, Azerbaijan’s marketable gas production amounted to 1,676 mcm. That is the volume of marketable gas declined by 141.9 mcm, or by 8.5%.
The State Statistics Committee does not report the reason for the decline. -12B--

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
