Mega Sigorta Increases Authorized Capital
The insurance company Mega Sigorta plans to increase its authorized capital by 21.8% - from 11.5 million to 14 million manat. After registration in the Ministry of Taxes it will allow the company to prevent the increasing number of financial risks.
The State Securities Committee (SSC) registered the issue prospectus on April 29. According to SSC, the shareholders decided to release 500 simple registered, not certificated shares by mass offering. The nominal value of each of them is 5,000 manat. The registration number of the issue is AZ1001006183.
Full placement of the issue will enable the insurance company to increase the authorized capital by 2.5 million manat.
The insurance company Mega Sigorta has been operating in the local market since October 2010. -17D-
