Mingachevir Weaving Mill again Offered to Investors
State Committee on Property for the eighth year has been trying to sell through investment competition 99.31% of the shares of Mingecevir Toxucu, created on the basis of the Mingachevir weaving factory. The company has once again been offered to investors without any changes before the bidders.
Investors should keep the company's profile and submit an investment program that includes proposals to introduce new technologies and create new jobs.
Applicants must also submit proposals to transfer to the state budget of at least 700,000manat. The investor must also make a commitment to repay debts on wages to workers for a total of 185 thousand manat. The proposals will be accepted until October 5.
The authorized capital of Mingecevir Toxucu is 1,375.5 thousand manat. The obligations as of August 1 of the current year are 995 thousand manat, and the accounts receivable are 2.9 mln AZN.
The Mingachevir weaving mill was put into operation in 1960. The company employs 680 people. A year earlier, 635 people worked there, which was 60 less than last year. - 08D-
