Ministry of Communications Headed by a Native of Heydar Aliyev Foundation
By the order of the President, 38-year-old Ramin Guluzadeh has been appointed the First Deputy Minister of Communications and High-tech.
Previously, he worked at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. In 2014 he was awarded the medal Taraggi (Progress) for propaganda of Azerbaijani culture.
According to some reports, Guluzadeh will be the Acting Minister, the post of which is vacant after the dismissal of Ali Abbasov. -02D-
