Ministry of Environment prevented construction of facility on the site of trees felled
Based on a complaint, the staff of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources conducted an investigation into the felling of trees for the construction of a commercial facility. The culprit turned out to be Algama Jafarov, who was fined a large sum.
The press service of the Ministry of Environment told Turan they revealed the fact that cutting down 48 trees at the address Asif Magerramov, 28 in the Nasimi district of the capital. In compliance with the protocol development, Algama Jafarov was fined 57,600 manats. Moreover, in order to prevent further construction work, an appeal was sent to the Nasimi district executive power. The District Executive was ordered to plant new trees in the area. - 08D-
