Mortgage Fund Completes Placement of Mortgage Bonds in Amount of AZN 50 Million
The Financial Markets Supervision Authority registered the next issue of mortgage bonds of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) in the amount of 20 million manat.
It registered 20,000 mortgage bonds at a nominal value of 1,000 manat each.
Note that AMF planned placement of mortgage bonds in the amount of AZN 50 million. Accommodation is conducted in three issues.
On January 27 AMF placed the first issue of mortgage bonds totaling 10 million manat, and on February 9 – AZN 20 million.
The bonds with 3% of the annual income will be in circulation for 3,600 days.
This year, AMF will receive AZN 50 million from the state budget for mortgage loans. ------71D
