Mugan Bank Increases Authorized Capital by 2 Million AZN
The Financial Markets Supervision House (FMSH) registered 10,000 shares of JSC Mugan Bank with par value of AZN 200 each, FMSH said. The shares will be distributed to the shareholders.
Thus, the authorized capital of the bank increased from 55 million to 57 million AZN. -----71D
