New IBA Moscow bonds in the amount of 140 million manat
The Board of the bank IBA Moscow (" daughter" of the International Bank of Azerbaijan, IBA) plans two bond issues totaling 6 billion rubles (140 million manat).
As stated in the press release, the international agency Fitch Ratings assigned the bonds of IBA Moscow a long-term rating BB (EXP). IBA Moscow intends to sell the product through public subscription.
IBA Moscow plans to deploy in 2014 a bond issue in the amount of 3 billion rubles. “Placement of the bond issue held earlier in 2013 showed that on the part of investors there is great interest in the bonds of our bank. This year, we also expect such an interest in issues of commercial papers of IBA Moscow from investors," said the message of the Board Chairman Fuad Abdullayev.
Bank IBA Moscow was established in 2002. This universal bank is on the list of 150 top Russian financial institutions. The bank has a network of offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg. -17D-
