On the first day Rabitabank placed more than half of the announced issuance of shares
Shares of Rabitabank in the total amount of AZN 5.8 mln were posted on Monday on BSE.
Issue of 492,854 ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 20.29 manats passed state registration at the end of last month. According to the Exchange, all the shares were sold in two transactions (two investors).
Underwriting services were provided by LLC Chelsea Capital. So far they have posted 58% of the announced issue. According to the legislation, the issue is considered as held in case of placing half of it.
The paid charter capital thus reached AZN 30 million. The bank is owned by five individuals and 13 legal entities. - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
