Pasha Bank provides market making service on the bonds of furniture makers
From today JSC Pasha Bank starts rendering market making services on interest unsecured non-documentary registered bonds LLC Embawood. The volume of securities issued is 10 million manat.
According to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the services will be provided by the Exchange member, LLC Pasha Capital. Market maker obligations to repurchase the bonds are 200 000 manat, and price range between buying and selling is 5%.
Currently, with the securities of Embawood, BSE provides market making on 12 corporate bond issues.
Placing bonds of LLC Embawood was launched on 22 August. Within the emission there have been produced 10,000 securities with par value of 1 000 manat.
The bond yields will be 11% per year and the circulation term - 1 year from the date of placement of the first bonds of this issue. Payment of interest on the bonds will be made on a quarterly basis.
Underwriter of the transaction is LLC Pasha Capital. On the first day of trading, the turnover of the bonds of the company amounted to 16.5 million manat. --17D-
