Privatization of 30 facilities can bring not less than 562.300 manats
On September 14th in Baku and regional branches of the Auction center for the auctions will take place the sale of 30 small objects, the total market value of which is estimated at 562,300 manat. According to the State Committee for Property (SCP), investors are offered a total area of 2753.4 square meters. Thus, one square meter of area of the object is estimated at an average of 204 manat. Baku investors have been presented a choice of 18 objects: mainly objects of trade (22), catering, etc., are located in the cities of Ganja, Shirvan, Yevlakh and Sheki, Akhsu and Hajigabul regions. It should be noted that on August 5th the SCP held quotation poll to assess 30 sites. The winner of the public procurement has not been announced. Perhaps, the talk is about the assessment of objects offered for sale. In 2015 the SCP privatized 514 small enterprises and facilities; 8.424.000 were transferred to the state budget, by 15.6% more than in the previous year. 08D
