Rates of Putting Housing into Operation Decrease
By 1 November construction companies passed 1 million 373.8 thousand square meters of housing (minus 117.2 thousand to January-October of last year). According to the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, the best results were in June - 213.7 thousand sq. m.
Recall, for all of last year 1 million 927.2 thousand sq. m was put into operation, in the previous year - 1 million 978.3 thousand, and in 2013 - 2 million 138.8 thousand sq. m. That is, there is a decline in housing construction due to lower income of the buyers. --17D-
