Registered Additional Issue of Shares of Bank VTB
The State Securities Committee (SSC) registered the additional issue of shares of JSC Bank BTB.
In case of successful settlement of the issue at the site of the Baku Stock Exchange, the bank's share capital will grow by 4% - up to 52 million AZN.
The additional issue is divided into 2,000 shares with nominal value of 1,000 manats for each security.
JSC Bank BTB with a registered capital of 50 million manats was established in April 2010 under the license of CBA for banking activities. Its shareholders are three individuals. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
