Registration of rights to real estate increased by 2%
In 2012, the State Committee on Property of the registered rights of citizens and companies in about 150 000 properties. This is about 3000 units or 2% more than in the previous year.
The press service of the State Committee noted that the primary real estate market registered the rights to about 42 000 objects. This is 20% less than in 2011. In the secondary market real estate transactions carried 108,000 objects, which is 14% higher than for 2011. Note that in 2011 the growth rate of registration of property rights in real estate on the primary market was 81.4%, the secondary market - 44.3%.
In the State Committee they argue that the process of issuing certificates of occupancy of the property and extracts from the register on transactions in the secondary market has accelerated and made 1 and 7 days, respectively, instead of 5 and 20 working days.
