Seasonal factors affect prices
In Baku and regions the buyers and users of services can feel the "grip" of cold late autumn. In November most of all rose the prices of local cucumbers (+ 17.83%) and eggs (+ 12.84%).
According to experts of the Economic Research Center that observed 10 districts of the capital and the country, the services of tutoring at school and at home went up by 5.31% and rice cleaned reduced by 3.88%.
The prices decreased for greens - by 17.62%, for persimmons - by 3.70%, and for air conditioners - by 2.47%. - 17D-
