As of November 1, 3238 of new legal entities were registered online and got into a single data network of the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan .
As stated in the main fiscal framework , this would be for one year and nine months ( from February 1, 2012 to November 1, 2013 ) .
According to the Ministry , during the first months of last year, online registration took place on 16-17 % of legal entities , in October of this year, the share of online registration rate of 45.6 %.
As previously reported, the ministry has started online registration of local limited liability companies and other business organizations on February 1 last year. - 17D-
