SOCAR Accelerates Project of Construction of Gas Stations
SOCAR in the first quarter of 2015 will commission the first gas stations (CNG) in Baku, said today at the OGPC Forum SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev.
Then the gas stations for private and public transport will be built across the country at a distance of not more than 180 km apart.
The decision to create a network of gas stations taken by the government for reasons of economy and ecology.
Abdullayev said that since the beginning of the year in the capital received new buses running on LPG, which will provide low prices on travel, increase the profitability of transport, reduce emissions of combustion products.
Previously, the project was implemented CNG SOCAR in Georgia. "In Georgia, this project proved to be very effective," said Abdullayev.
It should be noted that the original construction of gas stations is planned for the end of 2015. -0-

At today’s session of the Milli Majlis, Azerbaijan’s parliamentarians discussed and approved in the first reading a draft law increasing the minimum subsistence level for 2025.
