SOCAR Bonds Bought by 429 Investors
On the October 14 auction SOCAR interest bonds were bought by 429 investors, according to BSE.
Prior to that, SOCAR reported that demand for the issued bonds amounting to 100 million US dollars amounted to $ 203.6 million.
The bonds will be in circulation for five years. And the interest on them (5% per year) will be paid on a quarterly basis.
Note that, according to the prospectus, SOCAR could issue bonds for another 400 million US dollars with a face value of $ 1,000 each. -----08B
