SOCAR: EU must provide strategic support to the non-European investors
State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is interested in new investments into the European Union’s (EU) economy, SOCAR Vice President for Investments and Marketing Elshad Nasirov said at the meeting in Brussels devoted to discussion of the Southern Gas Corridor on December 9, 2014.
Nasirov added that EU must provide strategic support to the non-European investors.
“Although the volume of Azerbaijani gas is small for Europe, its export will help to solve the problems with gas supplies in the countries-consumers,” Nasirov said speaking about the Southern Gas Corridor.—0—
