State Statistics Committee Records Deflation of 0.1%
In May of this year, consumer prices in Azerbaijan declined compared to April by 0.1%, the State Statistics Committee calculated.
According to SSC, in May, food prices decreased on average by 0.7%. Non-food products increased by 0.3% and paid services increased by 0.2%.
In general, for the five months of 2016 inflation in Azerbaijan made 10.4%, according to official calculations. Food rose in price by 11.9%, non-food products increased by 15.3%, and paid services grew by 4.4%. -----08B
