Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC Commercial Bank Parabank, convened on June 3, did not take place.
The Management Board of the financial structure has alerted the public through the official press that the event is postponed to July 2 due to lack of quorum.
As the report says, the event will be held in the auditorium located at street Samad Vurgun 60, the head office of the bank. According to the agenda here will address the following issues: the annual report and the increase of the authorized capital.
The controlling stake in Parabank is owned by the family of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Eldar Guliyev. Minority interests are 14, they own 19.51% of the shares. - 17B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
