The General Meeting of Shareholders NIKOIL | Bank decided to increase the total capital up to AZN 56 million.
Fulfilling the requirement of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic of the need to increase the minimum size of the bank's total capital to 50 million AZN in the period before January 1, 2014, the General Meeting of Shareholders NIKOIL | Bank May 15, 2013 decided to increase the total capital 24 million AZN. The lawyers of the bank began the process of registration of the issue.
At the moment, the size of the total capital of the Bank amounts to 32 million AZN. By the end of the year, taking into account the size of the decision, the Bank's total capital is not less than AZN 56 million, far exceeding the minimum requirement of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
Recall that the CBI NIKOIL is a universal financial and credit institution offering a full package of services, including settlement, credit, payment, card, warranty, interbank, documentary and other operations performed in local and foreign currencies. The branch network of the bank has 18 outlets, 3 of which were opened this year. -15D -
