The government has classified injury in three risk groups
The Cabinet approved on August 1 the list of heavy and less heavy and light injuries. The document published on August 9th at the site of the official state newspaper (http://www.azerbaijan-news.az/index.php?mod=3&id=46120) was adopted pursuant to the law of the epublic of Azerbaijan "On mandatory insurance."
The list of serious injuries included 22 types of life-threatening injuries, diseases and pathological conditions. Of these, 10 belong to the cranial and spinal injuries and mutilations.
Complete loss of vision in both eyes is not considered life-threatening, although it is also a serious injury.
Less severe injuries include cases of ill-health by 21 days or more, as well as the loss of one third of the disability. --08D-
