The number of transactions on the additional issue of shares has increased by 12 times
For 5 months of this year, the National Depository Center (NDC) recorded transactions on the additional issue of shares with a par value 2,153,745,802 manats (it is 12 times higher than the same period last year).
According to NDC, only until June 1 were registered 657 transactions issuers additional shares, of which 47 deals amounting to 1,109,906,220 manat fell in May. Within 5 months of the NDC concluded 21 contracts with the issuers of the securities of which four - in May.
During the reporting period registered 1742 exchange transactions, the nominal value of which is equal to 332 213 308 manat (May - 394 transactions at 20,389,619 manats).
There were registered 239 OTC securities with a par value of AZN 9,943,509 (in May there were 64 transactions at 4,975,670 manat).
NDC with a registered capital of 1.4 million manat was established in September 1997, two years later transferred to the balance SSC.
The National Depository Center provides services to about 1200 issuers. - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
