Azerbaijan Central Bank announces the official exchange rates on January 22. The rate of manat to the US dollar remained unchanged: 1USD = 1,6028 AZN. Despite the fact that from January 19, reducing the rate of the manat to the US dollar has stopped, an acute shortage of US currency is maintained. A very small number of banks are selling dollars and euros, and very limited number sell it in the range of $100 or the equivalent of this amount in euros.
