The yield on five-year bonds of ParaBank accounted for 15%
State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry registered unsecured bonds of ParaBank, for a total of 6 million manat. The par value of a bond is 1,000 manat, the term is 5 years, and the annual interest rate is 15%.
According to the prospectus, the placement will be conducted by public subscription at the Baku Stock Exchange. The underwriter will be Chelsea Capital LLC.
Most recently, in August last year the prospectus of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds for AZN 10 million passed state registration, according to the same rate of interest. -15D -
