Today will start selling exchange-traded bonds of Credit House
Baku Stock Exchange today begins the placement of registered book-entry unsecured bonds of Credit House. Underwriter of the securities is LLC Chelsea Capital.
The State Committee for Securities registered at the end of last month the prospectus of Credit House bonds totaling 1 million manat. The par value of one bond is 1,000 AZN, the period is 720 days, and the annual interest rate is 8%.
The non-bank credit organization Credit House operates since 2011. It mainly focuses its activities on the issuance of loans to small and medium entrepreneurs and individual businesses, including micro, consumer, auto and term loans. - 15B -
