Shares of Unibank for a total of 3 million manat were posted on Monday on the BSE.
Issue of 1,102,950 preferred non-documentary registered shares of nominal value of 2.72 manats passed state registration at the beginning of this month. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in two transactions (the two investors). Underwriting services were rendered by Ltd. Uni Capital.
At present, they have placed 100% of the announced issue of shares. The paid-in share capital of the bank, thus, reached 64.57 manat.
Among the shareholders there are the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (15.15% equity) and the German Investment Corporation DEG (8.33%). -15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
