United Credit Bank posted a 15.4% stake last issue
Shares of JSC United Credit Bank totaling 1.5 million manat were posted Friday on the BSE.
Issue of 17.5 thousand ordinary registered uncertified shares with par value of AZN 2,000 passed state registration in late February this year. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor).
Underwriting was done by Ltd. Chelsea Capital. By now they've placed 15.4 % (5.4 mln) of the announced issue. According to the law an issue shall be deemed when placing a half of it. The paid charter capital, thus, reached 25.51 million manat.
The principal shareholder (88.78 % equity) is LLC United Business Co. The remaining shares are divided between two individuals. - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
