United Credit Bank posted a little over 20% of the new share issue
Shares of JSC United Credit Bank totaling 900 thousand manats posted Friday on the BSE.
Issue of 17.5 thousand ordinary registered uncertified shares with par value of AZN 2 passed state registration in late February this year. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor).
Underwriting was provided by LLC Chelsea Capital. Today there has been placed 20.6% (7.2 million manat) of the announced issue. According to the law shall be deemed issue when placing the half of it. The paid charter capital, thus, reached 27.31 million manat.
Principal shareholder (88.78 % equity) is LLC United Business Co. The remaining shares are divided between two individuals. - 15B-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
