Verification of compliance with the rules for registration of labor contracts in the notification system
One of these days routine checks will start at the plants to identify employers who do not comply with the rules for registration of labor contracts in the notification system.
As reported today by the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare Salim Muslimov, still in the notification there have been registered more than 1.4 million electronic employment contracts that do not fully correspond to the actual number of employees. “Information on most of the salaried employees has already entered into the system. The remaining part refers to the technical issues, in particular on long waiting lists for electronic signatures in the system ASAN Imza. In the near future we will start checking to identify employers who did not register the employment contracts in the notification," said the minister.
According to the Code of Administrative Offences of Azerbaijan, individuals, who have not registered contracts with an employee, should pay from 1,000 to 3,000 AZN, and legal entities should pay from 20,000 to 25,000 manat. --17D-
