1,500 MW of capacities will be created in Nakhchivan at the expense of foreign investments
Baku/02.10.23//Turan: The strategic objective in Nakhchivan, which has a renewable energy potential of 5,000 MW, is to create about 1,500 MW of wind and solar energy production capacities at the expense of foreign investments and export at least 1,000 MW of them, Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said at the 3rd Azerbaijani-Turkish Energy Forum and the international conference "Nakhchivan - Green Energy Zone", which were held last Friday in Nakhchivan.
According to the Minister, the implementation of these works has already begun, and this is provided for by the Concept for the development of a "green energy zone" in Nakhchivan. -0-
