Baku/17.10.18/ Turan: In January-September, gas-engine fuel (GEF) in Russia rose in price by 40.9 percent, the Russian Statistics Committee (RSC) reported. The price of a litre approached 26 rubles against less than 19 rubles at the beginning of the year.
