The forum "Energy Investments of Central Asia and Azerbaijan" will be held within the framework of COP29
The "Forum of Energy Investments of Central Asia and Azerbaijan" will be held within the framework of COP29, Deputy Minister of Energy Orhan Zeynalov during the first meeting of energy ministers of Central Asian countries in Astana.
The Deputy Minister noted that the political will of the heads of state opens up wide opportunities for deepening bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the countries, and stressed the prospects for developing partnership relations between the countries.
"Within the framework of COP29, global initiatives and high-level events dedicated to the transition to green energy are planned, and in this context, the forum of Energy Investments of Central Asia and Azerbaijan will be held," he said.
It is noted that the work on the creation of the "green" energy corridor "Azerbaijan-Central Asia-Europe" and the next steps in this direction were also discussed.
