Azerbaijani banks raised their balance sheet capital by 9%

Azerbaijan's public debt totaled AZN 25,697 million or USD 15,115.7 million at the end of June 2024. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.

In the first half of 2024, the Government of Azerbaijan allocated AZN 1,953.5 million for the restoration and construction of territories liberated from occupation. This was announced by the Ministry of Finance.

Receipts to the consolidated budget of Azerbaijan for the first half of 2024 totaled AZN 24,352.5 million, while the budget deductions totaled AZN 18,198.9 million. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.
