Azerbaijan's cash currency market shrinks by 26%

In 2023, an operation worth $ 3.8 billion was carried out on the cash currency market of Azerbaijan. This is stated in the monetary policy review published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. According to the document, this is down by 25.5% from 2022. Add that 83.9% of cash currency transactions occurred in US dollars, and 16.1% in other currencies.--
