По моему в 21 веке каждый может одеваться так как ему нравится. Во Франции преследуют тех кто в хиджабах, в Иране- наоборот. Какие то игры в мораль между христианами и мусульманами. А они спросили тех , кто одевает или снимает платок их мнение? Но потом эти французы, иранцы, русские американцы и прочие будут поучать Азербайджан как надо защищать права человека. А у самих в странах нет прав , только обязанности!
