At the beginning of May TURAN forecast in its Market Review N 52 that the prices in the second-hand dwelling market (SDM) will continue to increase. They have really increased considerably in Baku and its suburbs since then. Realtor agencies say the prices grew by 15-60% in Baku in early October, depending on the location. The unequal increase in the SDM prices mainly comes from the copious building of new houses in the first-hand dwelling market...
