200-400 Azerbaijani Citizens from Different Countries to Return Home Next Week
Baku / 26.03.20 / Turan: Taking into account the capacities of quarantine points, next week it is planned to return 200-400 Azerbaijani citizens from different countries and quarantine them for 14-21 or 21-28 days. Delivery of people is carried out according to a schedule with placement in compulsory quarantine, first of all, of families with young children, elderly people who need medical care, and women. This was stated in the report of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of March 25.
For Azerbaijani citizens wishing to return to the country through the land border with Turkey in Nakhchivan, it is planned to place them in border areas on the territory of Turkey, and then quarantine them in groups for 14-28 days in field points on the territory of Nakhchivan.
The quarantine of those who came from abroad is mandatory and all citizens are required to strictly observe this regime, the message says.
According to the video in social networks, at present, about a hundred Azerbaijani citizens have accumulated on the border between Turkey and Nakhchivan and are waiting for their return home. These are mainly students.
To this day, 10,000 Azerbaijani citizens have been delivered to the country by charter flights.-02D-
