Baku/19.08.19/Turan: A black box of the MiG-29 fighter of the Azerbaijani Air Force crashed on July 24 was found and lifted from the bottom of the sea.
At present, the state of the "black box" is being studied to decipher the information contained in the memory of this device, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan said.
The work on the extraction of aircraft fragments from the seabed is ongoing.
The MiG-29 crashed in the Caspian Sea north of Absheron during an overnight training flight. The fate of the pilot remains unknown. -06D-
