Baku / 19.09.20 / Turan: Armenia is preparing large-scale provocations in order to aggravate the situation at the front, said Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov. The leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan gave instructions on the preparation of preventive measures with the specification of mobilization resources.
On September 19, Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov held a meeting with the leadership of the Azerbaijan Army, the press service of the military department reported.
The Minister of Defense noted that the latest data received and messages spread in the media, as well as the military rhetoric in the speeches of the military-political leadership of Armenia, the mobilization activities and the attraction of external forces to the region clearly indicate that the enemy intends to commit large-scale provocations and exacerbate the situation.

He instructed officials to pay special attention to the transfer of weapons, military and special equipment to the winter operation mode in the Azerbaijan Army, the efficiency and timely completion of the preparation process for the winter period, the full provision of units, the health of the military, as well as measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
