Baku denied the involvement of the Azerbaijani side in the injury of the Armenian soldier (updated)
Baku/11.18.23/Turan: The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense denied the report of the Armenian military department that an Armenian soldier was wounded by a shot from the Azerbaijani side on the Nakhichevan section of the conditional border of the two countries.
The military department called the information from the Armenian side disinformation.
“The Ministry of Defense of Armenia continues to disseminate information that has no real basis in order to conceal the arbitrariness that exists in its army,” the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense said in a statement.—06B-

On 18 November at 09:50, an Armenian serviceman was shot by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the direction of the Armenian position located near Paruyr Sevak settlement. His health condition is assessed as medium severity. This is stated in the report of the Armenian Defence Ministry.
Note that the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry has not yet commented on the accusation. It ought to be noted that the mentioned section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is located in the area of the Armenian-occupied Azerbaijani enclave of Kyarki, on Armenia's border with Nakhchivan.

"We are strengthening efforts to open direct air routes, as well as economic development and energy," said Djuric. The minister expressed confidence that cooperation between Serbia and Azerbaijan would become even closer and more intensive in the near future.
