Armenians block trucks of Russian peacekeepers
Baku/30.08.23/Turan: Armenians blocking the road from Agdam to Khankendi in Askeran are now preventing the departure of trucks of Russian peacekeepers in the direction of Agdam, Armenian telegram channels write.
According to the agreement reached today with the peacekeepers, they were supposed to take 40 tons of flour delivered by the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society to the Agdam-Khankendi road for its subsequent transportation to the Armenian-populated part of Karabakh.
According to Azerbaijan sources, it was supposed that the sacks of flour should be reloaded into trucks of peacekeepers and then they themselves would carry this humanitarian aid without being accompanied by representatives of the Red Crescent.
But apparently, the Armenians, despite the allegations of “hunger”, refuse to accept “Azerbaijani flour” at all.—06D-
