Armenians cannot approach the downed helicopter
On Monday, 17 November, the Armenian First Deputy Defense Minister, Davit Tonoyan, met with Andrzej Kasprzyk , the Personal Representative of the President of the OSCE. Tonoyan stressed the need for "fast" monitoring the site of the crash of the helicopter to determine the fate of pilots and future actions in this direction.
The Armenian side appealed to the International Committee of the Red Cross. However, no response was received until now, the press service of Armenian Defense Ministry. The Armenian side also notes that it cannot come close to the wreckage of a downed helicopter, and the bodies of the pilots, reported a1plus.-0-
