Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (PPFA), Asef Guliyev, stated today about resignation from the post of deputy chairman of the party, and leaving the National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF.)
Guliyev refused to name the reasons for his resignation. In an interview with Turan he said he will explain the reasons "when the time comes."
Guliyev was also a chairman of the Rallies Committee of the NCDF. -05B06-
