Authorities Decided to Block Opposition Websites through Court

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin invited Azerbaijani Ambassador Rahman Mustafayev to the Russian Foreign Ministry on 27 January.

On January 27, Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to increase by 10% the monthly salary of servicemen on active duty in the Main Directorate of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, effective from January 1, 2025.

On Monday, President Ilham Aliyev received the credentials of Gorazd Renčel, the new Ambassador of Slovenia to Azerbaijan. During the meeting, the parties expressed hope for the dynamic development of political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Slovenia. It was noted that a meeting of the working group on economic cooperation will take place in the near future.

On January 27, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev met with Jonathan Mizner, co-founder and board member of the Israeli Economic Forum.
