On May 23 the security services of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Security of China signed a memorandum of cooperation. At the same time, the Foreign Intelligence Service of Azerbaijan and China's Ministry of Security signed the communiqué. The documents were signed on the results of meetings and negotiations of the Security Council China Meng Zhiansun with the head of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan Madatov Guliyev and head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Orkhan Sultanov.
