Baku/01.03.23/Turan: The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry expressed condolences to the people and the state of Greece in connection with the numerous victims of the railway accident.
“We are deeply saddened by the news of the terrible train accident near the city of Larissa in Greece, which claimed dozens of lives. We express our deep condolences to the families of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to the injured. Our thoughts are with the people and the government of Greece," the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said in a statement posted on Twitter.
As a result of the collision of passenger and freight trains near the city of Larissa, about 40 people were killed. ---16d---
