Baku/05.03.18/Turan: Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Morocco Elmar Mammadyarov and Nasser Bourita signed a number of bilateral agreements on Monday in Baku: the Intergovernmental Convention on the Avoidance of Double Taxation; on combating crime; a protocol of intentions between the railway administrations of the two countries; protocol of intent between the Maritime Academy of Azerbaijan and the Institute of Marine Research of Morocco. -02D-

According to the General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan, the Binaqadi Court in Baku has extended the detention period for the previously arrested leaders of the Karabakh separatists: Arkadiy Gukasyan, Bako Saakyan, Araik Arutyunyan, David Babayan, David Ishkhanyan, Leva Mnatsakanyan, David Manukyan, and Ruben Vardanyan. The corresponding motion was submitted to the court by the Investigative Department of the General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan.

The investigative team from the prosecutor's office and police in France continues to investigate the murder of Vidadi Iskanderli, the victim's brother, Oktay Iskanderli said. "According to one version from the investigation team, the murder was planned and carried out by professional killers. The killers did not take any valuables from the house, nor did they take the computer, phone, or money," he said.
